answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/10/2022 answer text <p>Eligibility for EBSS payment is determined on the basis of a Domestic Customer who is party to a Domestic Supply Contract or a Deemed Contract for electricity supply which relates to a Domestic Premises. Only one Domestic Customer per Domestic Supply Contract or Deemed Contract per Domestic Premises is considered an eligible customer. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/10/2021 answer text <p>The NHS Long Term Plan is supported by an additional £2.3 billion a year by 2023/24 to expand community mental health support to avoid people going into crisis and the need for an inpatient admission wherever possible. While no formal assessment has been made of the impact of out of area placements, where inpatient stays are required, they should be short, close to home in a high quality, safe and therapeutic service.</p><p>The Mental Health Recovery Action Plan includes an additional £110 million in 2021/22 to expand adult community mental health services including psychological therapies, implementing the community mental health framework, investment in crisis services and suicide prevention programmes. Of these, 12 penalties have been paid. 2 penalties were unrecoverable due to the companies being either dissolved or liquidated. 4 remain unpaid and continue to be pursued.
