answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/06/2022 answer text <p>The monoclonal antibody palivizumab is currently offered by the National Health Service each winter to high-risk children for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) prevention, in line with guidance from the Joint Community on Vaccines and Immunisation (JCVI).</p><p>In addition, there are several RSV vaccines and monoclonal immunisations in phase three trials, from maternity and infancy to older adults. There are also antiviral treatments for RSV in clinical development, including an antiviral treatment by Enanta Pharmaceuticals. Manufacturers are encouraged to provide information to the UK Health Security Agency and the JCVI as it becomes available, which are monitoring development of these trials. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2021 answer text <p>Following a successful Spending Review, the Young Audiences Content Fund will continue into its third year and receive up to £10.7m for year 3 of the pilot scheme, totalling up to £44.2m for the three years.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>As set out in the Contestable Fund<a href="https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/936736/Contestable_Fund_Policy_Paper__FINAL_V2.pdf" target="_blank"> scoping paper published in 2018,</a> monitoring and evaluation of the Fund would inform the annual budget allocation over the course of the pilot. The 2021/22 funding awarded demonstrates a commitment to the value of children’s television programming in an exceptionally challenging fiscal climate, where some tough decisions have had to be made. DCMS has engaged continuously with the BFI, who administers the Fund, throughout the funding determination.</p><p> </p><p>Although assessment of the funds is ongoing, the <a href="https://www2.bfi.org.uk/sites/bfi.org.uk/files/downloads/bfi-young-audience-content-fund-year-1-evaluation.pdf" target="_blank">Year One review</a> sets out a number of successes for the fund. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/07/2014 answer text <p>Article 4 of Regulation 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents sets out exceptions from the duty to provide access. These exceptions include those intended to protect internal deliberative processes where appropriate. For example, Article 4(3) allows documents to be withheld if they relate to a matter where the decision has not been taken by one of the three institutions, if disclosure of the document would seriously undermine the institution's decision-making process, unless there is an overriding public interest in disclosure.</p><p> </p><p>Article 3(4) also allows a document to be withheld if it contains opinions for internal use as part of deliberations and preliminary consultations within one of the three institutions, and if disclosure of the document would seriously undermine the institution's decision-making process, unless there is an overriding public interest in disclosure.</p><p> </p><p>The Freedom of Information Act 2000 also contains exemptions from the duty to release. For example, section 27 allows information to be withheld where its release would, or would be likely to, prejudice international relations.
