answer text The Government regularly engages with the Bank of England, Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) to monitor personal finances.<p> </p><p>The Government remains committed to helping people in problem debt access the support they need to get their finances back on track. answer text <p>We do not currently intend to temporarily reduce the length of the employment history check for background references for new employees in the aviation sector.</p><p>We have instead worked to provide different support to help industry manage background checks and reduce the time it takes to recruit staff. In early May the Secretary of State for Transport agreed that the aviation industry could use HMRC employment history letters that cover the required period, as a suitable form of reference check (with safeguards) for those wishing to work in the aviation industry.</p> more like this

answer text <p>​The OSCE Mission to Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) has reported that between 2004 and 2018, 137 Conflict Related Sexual Violence (CRSV) cases were completed in BiH Courts. This amounts to around a quarter of all completed war crime cases in BiH. There are an additional 47 open CRSV cases (2018).</p><p>As of September 2016, across the region, including BiH, the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY) had charged 78 individuals with crimes of sexual violence as defined under Article 7(1) of the ICTY Statute.</p> more like this

The A27 Chichester Bypass scheme in West Sussex was dependent on local support and financial contribution of the authorities and there was no clear consensus on the best way forward.</p><p> </p><p>Three schemes in construction have delays to their &quot;open to traffic&quot; dates. The A1 Leeming to Barton scheme in North Yorkshire has been delayed following extensive archaeological finds. The A21 Tonbridge to Pembury scheme in Kent has been delayed due to the need for remedial action to deal with unforeseen large volumes of hazardous waste. The A30 Temple to Carblake scheme is being delivered by Cornwall County Council and has been delayed due to changes in traffic management to reduce disruption during peak summer months.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government wants to ensure that authorities considering franchising can access the information they need to accurately assess their franchising scheme. This will help to ensure that informed decisions can be made on the basis of robust evidence and analysis.</p><p> </p><p>We recognise that some of the information provided by operators will be commercially sensitive. Franchising authorities will need to treat this information with care, and will be able to refuse to release such information by way of the relevant Freedom of Information exemptions. The Bill also makes clear that the information acquired by the franchising authority must only be used in connection with its franchising functions, and not for other purposes.</p> more like this
