answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/09/2023 answer text <p>The ICIBI’s report acknowledged that Border Force has built strong organisational trust and has a supportive culture through a specific programme for identifying and preventing insider threats, which built on existing vetting and security procedures. The Home Office has also instituted several support mechanisms to provide help to its staff.</p><p> </p><p>However, the Home Office does not recognise the morale of staff to be a current issue in the response to, and management of, dangerous, illegal and unnecessary crossings of the Channel by migrants in Small Boats. The Small Boats Operational Command (SBOC) of Border Force has a number of support mechanisms in place to provide help to its staff and so lesson risks to morale. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2018 answer text <p>Official Development Assistance (ODA) is defined by the OECD Development Assistance Committee as resource flows to developing countries and multilateral organisations, which are provided by official agencies, for example the UK Government or its executive agencies.</p><p> </p><p>Under the definition, a total of £1,567 million of UK ODA was provided in loans in 2017. Of the total, DFID provided £21 million in bilateral loans to developing countries and £820 million for a multilateral loan to the World Bank in 2017. A non-DFID multilateral loan of £726 million was also provided to the International Monetary Fund in 2017. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/06/2014 answer text <p>The Department is in regular contact with the Police Service about the implementation of the new drug driving offence and has every confidence that the police will implement it effectively including the application of the statutory medical defence.</p><p> </p><p>The Police Service is in the process of amending their procedures, which will include the statutory medical defence and its operation. These will be issued in advance of the introduction of the new offence. This will provide each force plenty of time to consider the new procedures.
