answer text <p>In the neighbourhood trial, hydrogen will be transported through pipes laid parallel with the existing gas network, so consumers will be able to continue using natural gas if they do not wish to use hydrogen.</p><p> </p><p>The gas networks have consulted local residents in potential village trial locations to develop their consumer offer. This includes alternatives for consumers who do not wish to or cannot connect to hydrogen, such as electric cookers and heating systems.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The UK and EU negotiating teams have agreed a time-limited implementation period, the terms of which were endorsed by the remaining 27 EU Member States at the March European Council (22-23 March). Common rules will remain in place until the end of the period meaning business will be able to trade on the same terms as now up until the end of 2020. These terms will not change.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Government welcomes the comments made by business groups such as the British Chambers of Commerce who have acknowledged that “while some companies would have liked to see copper-bottomed legal guarantees around the transition, the political agreement reached in Brussels is sufficient for most businesses to plan ahead with a greater degree of confidence.”</p><p> </p><p>Ministers and officials will continue to engage extensively with businesses and regulators to ensure that businesses can plan with certainty for the future.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Under existing arrangements, if a rail passenger is not happy with a train operator’s response to a complaint they can contact either Transport Focus (TF) or London TravelWatch (LTW) who work to resolve the issue with the train operator on their behalf. We are considering how to strengthen these arrangements, taking account of arrangements in other sectors. answer text <p>MTCnovo is a joint venture between Management Training Corporation (MTC) and Novo Community Ltd, owned by Amey. The capability of MTC and Amey, were robustly assessed at the pre-qualification stage of the competition.</p><p>There are two current legal cases brought against the Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDCO) in relation to two correctional facilities in the USA where MTC is now the operator. Both these cases are brought against the commissioning authority MDOC and relate to conditions that existed when the facilities were operated by a different provider.</p> more like this

answer text <p /> <p /> <p>Where a benefit doubt is identified and the case is being referred to a decision maker, claimants are given information (verbally and in writing) about the doubt in question, what happens next, what they can do if a sanction is applied and the availability of hardship provision. Once a decision is made and a sanction applied, a formal notification is issued to the claimant, which includes information about how to apply for hardship.</p><p> </p><p>The Department does not record information about the length of time it takes to make a Hardship payment following receipt of an application.</p> more like this
