The Palestinian people should be allowed to enjoy their democratic rights. I reinforced this message during my visit to Israel and the OPTs on 10-13 January. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/07/2020 answer text <p>We have already provided local authorities with an unprecedented package of support.</p><p>Local authorities have been allocated £4.3bn of support which can be used for expenditure pressures, including £3.7bn of unringfenced grants and the £600m Infection Control Fund.</p><p>We have also introduced a co-payment scheme for relevant, irrecoverable income losses in 2020-21, where councils will bear the first 5% of income losses but the Government will cover 75p in every pound beyond this.</p><p>On tax we have announced that the repayment of collection fund deficits arising this year will be spread over the next three years rather than the usual one. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/03/2018 answer text <p>All items that are referenced in the question, except item two, form part of the HS2 Phase One scheme which was approved by Parliament in February 2017 and as such are included in the funding envelope for the HS2 project.</p><p> </p><p>HS2 Phase 1 does not include provision for a people carrier between Birmingham Curzon Street and adjacent areas. Birmingham City Council and the West Midlands Combined Authority are progressing plans to expand the tram network including the provision of a metro stop at the HS2 Curzon Street station. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/03/2017 answer text <p>The Government has made a commitment to release surplus government owned property with capacity of at least 160,000 homes and raising at least £5 billion from land and property disposals by 2020. Details of the government land and property released over the previous financial year will be published as part of the Transparency Review in summer 2017.</p><p>Our estate is comprised of administrative offices and other land holdings and we continue to keep the Department and Communities and Local Government (DCLG) estate under review to ensure that it meets the needs of the business. In line with central guidance, surplus property is first offered to other departments for reuse, free schools, or transfer to the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) for much needed new homes or development. It is then offered to the open market. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 23/02/2016 answer text <p>Information on the length of detention has been published since quarter 1 (January to March) 2010.</p><p>The longest time a person has been detained in the immigration estate - a foreign criminal who left detention and was returned to Algeria in Q1 2012 - was 2,319 days. The individual in this case had accumulated 14 convictions from 32 offences committed between 1998 and 2004, including - but not limited to - convictions for firearms/ shotguns/offensive weapons, drug offences, offences relating to police/courts/prisons and theft. He was continuously non-compliant with the Home Office and Algerian authorities, using a false identity and nationality, which frustrated attempts to obtain travel documentation to facilitate his deportation. His continued non-compliance, deception and a history of absconding led to detention being prolonged.
