answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/01/2024 answer text <p>At the end of 2023, approximately 700 pieces of Retained EU Law (REUL) were revoked via schedule 1 of the Act (“the revocation schedule”) and subsequent secondary legislation. Unless actively revoked, no REUL was sunset and instead became “assimilated law” after the end of 2023.</p><p> </p><p>The Retained EU Law Dashboard is the government’s public catalogue of each piece of REUL confirmed by government departments, and their status. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/06/2021 answer text <p>The Government Property Agency has not asked our facilities management suppliers whether they have, or have had, any financial links to Greensill Capital or another supply chain financing provider.</p><p>GPA's principal suppliers are government strategic suppliers; the Cabinet Office Market and Suppliers team closely monitors the financial health of these strategic suppliers and has regular discussions with their management.</p><p>GPA procurement processes are aligned with legal and commercial policy requirements. Redress payments made under HMRC’s complaints policy are ex-gratia and they are not intended in any way to equate to compensation or damages awarded by the courts. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/07/2015 answer text <p>EU sanctions are delivering a significant cost to Russia for its actions in Ukraine. The fall in the global oil price has driven an economic slump in Russia, including a shrinking economy and sharply declining currency. The wide-ranging restrictions of EU and US economic sanctions are exacerbating these negative trends. Russian sovereign debt has been downgraded to junk status by two ratings agencies and forecasters predict that the Russian economy will contract by between 3.5% and 5% during the current year. Sanctions are an important element of the range of diplomatic measures we are undertaking to effect a change in Russia’s behaviour, including to compel Russia to fulfill its obligations under the Minsk agreements.
