answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/12/2023 answer text <p>The estimated average total cost of a Crown Court sitting day in each of last five financial years is shown in the table below.</p><p> </p><p>The average daily cost of a crown court trial is not separable from average cost of a Crown Court sitting day. However, the full average cost of a trial cannot be reliably quantified from available management information sources.</p><p> </p><p>These costs include all relevant operational costs borne by HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS), including a proportional share of the cost of operating the court building. However, other HMCTS corporate overheads such as IT and headquarters functions are excluded. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/05/2022 answer text <p>The reconsideration of the steel safeguard is continuing and the Trade Remedies Authority’s (TRA) report of findings, to be published in due course, will provide analysis, including an assessment of whether the measure is in the economic interests of the UK. My Rt. Hon. Friend the Secretary of State for International Trade will make a decision, having regard to this analysis.</p><p>The Department for International Trade regularly engages with companies on a wide range of issues, including the steel safeguard. In the last month, Ministers have met with steel producers and downstream users. Following a thorough review, the FCDO's aid budget has been allocated in accordance with UK strategic priorities against a challenging financial climate caused by COVID. FCDO will now work through what this means for individual research programmes, in line with the priorities we have identified</p><p>While we recognise some programmes will close, this will be done in a measured and responsible way, working closely with our partner research institutions and academics. We will return to spending 0.7 per cent as soon as the financial climate allows.  All FCDO teams will now plan their work based on the budget that has been allocated to them. We will discuss specifics with each individual project. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/01/2020 answer text <p>We are aware that supplies of Evorel Conti patches became unavailable at the end of November 2019 due to the divestment of the product to another company. The Evorel hormone replacement therapy (HRT) patch range has been divested to the company Theramex UK Limited.</p><p>The Department has been in contact with Theramex, who anticipates that supplies will become available from February 2020. We are working closely with this company to expedite the resupply date of the Evorel patch range including Evorel Conti.</p><p>We have been working closely with all suppliers of HRT preparations to maintain overall supply to patients. We have shared relevant information about the supply situation and availability of HRT products with the National Health Service on a regular basis.
