answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/09/2023 answer text <p>In 2021 the Government introduced the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act to prevent children aged under 18 years old in England from accessing botulinum toxin and filler treatments for cosmetic purposes. Additionally, as part of the Health and Care Act 2022, the Government introduced legislation to give the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care the power to introduce a licensing regime for non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including botulinum toxin injections for cosmetic purposes.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The licensing scheme will ensure that practitioners offering specified procedures are suitably knowledgeable, trained, and qualified, hold appropriate indemnity cover and operate from premises which meet the necessary standards of hygiene, infection control and cleanliness. Following engagement with stakeholders, on 2 September 2023 we launched the first public consultation on the scope of the licensing scheme. We recognise there are efficiencies and service improvements that can be achieved by joined up working. Currently there are levers and activities that encourage coordinated activity. For example, requirements to cooperate when appropriate in relation to planning waste infrastructure and requirements for joint municipal waste management strategies in ‘two tier’ systems. Upcoming reforms for consistent collections will significantly support joint working by ensuring minimum requirements across all local authorities. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/09/2023 answer text <p>The former Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero met with fuel retailers in July 2023 to discuss the findings from the Competition and Market Authority’s (CMA) market study and to strongly encourage their participation in the voluntary scheme the CMA has implemented.</p><p> </p><p>The voluntary scheme enables retailers share their up-to-date fuel prices daily until the government puts the CMA recommended road fuel prices open data scheme and monitoring function on statutory footings. We will consult on these changes this autumn. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/09/2023 answer text <p>The government is clear that antisemitism is abhorrent and has no place in higher education (HE), and our universities should be welcoming and inclusive environments.</p><p>HE providers have clear responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010, to adopt robust policies and procedures that enable them to investigate and swiftly address reports of antisemitism. This commitment is being delivered now and will continue through RIS2 and beyond.</p><p>The early establishment years are particularly challenging for tree success and the early survival rate is very dependent on prevailing climatic conditions. This includes information on arrests, charges and convictions for proscription offences.
