answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2022 answer text <p>The decision not to summons all Privy Counsellors to the next Accession Council, and to hold a ballot of Privy Counsellors not eligible to attend on an ex officio basis, was taken with the collective agreement of the Lord President of the Council and Number 10. The Royal Household was also consulted on the basis of this collective advice. This decision-making process is consistent with the decision-making process for previous Accession Councils.</p><p>The decision to reduce the size of the Accession Council and to hold a ballot for those ineligible to attend on an ex officio basis applies to all Privy Councillors, regardless of their nationality or their usual place of residence.</p><p>St. James’s Palace is the senior Royal Palace in the United Kingdom and the Court of St. James is the Royal Court to which all Realm High Commissioners are accredited. St. James’s Palace has therefore long been agreed to be the most appropriate setting for the Accession Council.</p><p>In any case, Westminster Hall will not be available to host the Accession Council because an intensive and time critical series of works will begin on the Parliamentary estate, including Westminster Hall, as soon as Demise is announced. The purpose of these works is to prepare the estate and surrounding areas for significant elements of ceremonial and procedural activity. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/07/2021 answer text <p>The app uses Bluetooth Low Energy to understand the distance over time between people who have downloaded the app. If someone tests positive for COVID-19, the app’s risk-scoring algorithm uses this data, along with the infectiousness of the individual testing positive, to make calculations about the risk of transmission and who should receive an alert. If a notification to self-isolate is received, the user’s device has been in close proximity to the device of someone who has recently tested positive. For its ability to judge proximity, the app achieves ‘excellent’ performance by scientific standards.</p><p>Prior to the launch of the app it was tested in a range of environments, in order to evaluate its effectiveness at accurately measuring distance. The app has also been modelled in simulations involving hundreds of thousands of scenarios. The app performed as expected and we are confident that it can accurately detect distance in different settings. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 05/03/2020 answer text <p>The Government takes all crime seriously and there are strong penalties in place for those found guilty of offences committed against wild plants and animals.</p><p> </p><p>Wild plants are protected under section 13 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, with additional protection afforded to wild plants listed on Schedule 8.</p><p> </p><p>Where there is evidence to suggest that illegal activity is occurring, we encourage all relevant authorities to ensure that sufficiently robust action is taken. Enforcement of all offences, however, including those against wild plants, is an operational matter for the police.</p><p> </p><p>Those found guilty of offences under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 already face strong sanctions, including an unlimited fine and imprisonment. We have no plans to alter these sanctions. Of those aged 65 and over who need local authority support, 61% are cared for in their own home. Food business operators are responsible for ensuring that labelling complies with the law. The law is enforced by local authorities which set their own policies.</p><p> </p><p>The Food Standards Agency is aware of the oregano sampling exercise earlier this year, which revealed that of seventy-eight samples, nineteen were also found to contain olive or myrtle leaves. Levels ranged between 21% and 69%.</p><p> </p><p>Guidance on the Authenticity of Herbs and Spices, an industry best practice guide developed by representatives from the British Retail Consortium, the Food and Drink Federation, the Seasoning and Spice Association, and the FSA was published on 7 June.</p><p> </p><p>The guidance represents the culmination of a strand of work the FSA undertook together with industry after the recall of a number of products early in 2015 following the discovery of undeclared almond protein in cumin and paprika. However, one of the themes of <em>Future in mind</em>, published in March 2015 was care for the most vulnerable, including looked after children and care leavers. Although care leavers may be adults, the report addressed the needs of those in transition to adult services and looked at how services could be improved for those with mental health conditions reaching the age of 18 when they generally transfer to adult services.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Government is currently considering how best to take forward proposals in <em>Future in mind </em>to deliver system-wide, sustainable transformation as well as the way in which the additional £1.25 billion made available in the 2015 Spring budget for children’s mental health over the course of the current Parliament will be used. The UN implement a strict controls system with the Government of Israel for the import of construction materials for use in humanitarian projects in Gaza, in order to mitigate the risk of transfer of materials for use other than that intended.
