question text	To ask Her Majesty's Government what plans they have to replace the eTwinning scheme, which ended when they withdrew from the Erasmus+ programme.

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 31/03/2021 answer text <p>The new Turing Scheme, which replaces the Erasmus+ programme, will provide funding for school pupils to participate in international placements and exchanges, and the scheme is now open for schools to apply to. The scheme does not provide a like-for-like replacement of the eTwinning online platform. In considering what elements of the Erasmus+ programme we would immediately replicate under the Turing Scheme, we prioritised funding school pupils and students to participate in exchanges in person, to ensure that as many pupils as possible can benefit, including a focus on widening access for disadvantaged students. question text	To ask Her Majesty's Government whether, for individuals identified as entitled to income-related employment and support allowance (ESA) but who were moved to contributory-based ESA from incapacity benefit, any assessment is being undertaken of the amount of housing benefit to which those individuals would have been entitled; and if so, what plans there are to compensate them for this cost.

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/03/2019 answer text <p>Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support Schemes are operated by local authorities. These schemes have a range of eligibility criteria and those affected by the ESA underpayment exercises may have qualified under alternative eligibility criteria.</p><p> </p><p>However, as part of the ESA underpayment exercise we are liaising with Ministry of Housing, Communities &amp; Local Government and we are informing Local Authorities of any new, past awards of income-related ESA in line with our business as usual procedures.
