answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/01/2016 answer text <p>The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has issued guidance to strengthen prosecutions in support of the introduction of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. The CPS continues to deliver joint training with the police.
