answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 04/02/2019 answer text <p>Following the publication of the NHS Long Term Plan, the National Implementation Framework, to be published in the spring, will provide further information on how the Long Term Plan will be implemented. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/11/2014 answer text <p>Environmental Management, Conservation and Physical Planning is the responsibility of the Government of Montserrat (GoM).
