answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/01/2019 answer text <p>Based on the latest estimates, in 2017 the UK exported £613.4bn in goods and services to WTO members (including special member state territories of the European Union). This trade is subject to both WTO and potentially other preferential trade agreement rules. This accounts for 99.3% of the UK’s total exports of goods and services.</p><p> </p><p>Of this total, £101.2bn worth of goods and services were exported to countries that are WTO members but do not, at the time of writing, benefit from any form of preferential or non-MFN trade in any goods or services with the EU-28. question text	To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what estimate he has made of the cost to the public purse of (a) taking the Highways Agency out of public ownership and (b) rebranding the Highways Agency, including (i) the replacement of uniforms and equipment of the staff of the Highways Agency and (ii) the replacement of liveries on the vehicles operated by the Highways Agency.

answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/09/2014 answer text <p> </p><p>There are no plans to take the Highways Agency out of public ownership. The Infrastructure Bill seeks to establish the Highways Agency as a Government-Owned Company. An Impact Assessment has been completed on these proposals. This estimates the transitional costs of reform at between £11 million to £15 million. These costs would be one off costs and would be outweighed by savings of at least £2.6Bn over 10 years.
