answer text <p>As a newly formed Department, employee reports are being developed. Employee data on joiners and leavers exists, other measures including length of service will be developed over time. For the financial year 2023/24, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero has had c.360 joiners and c.180 leavers (payroll staff only).</p><p> </p><p>The Department is developing a workforce strategy and utilising a range of tools to support attraction and retention. This includes work to build a strong learning and development provision, to establish the Department’s core values and to develop our wider employee offer.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The need to review the evidence base outlined in my previous response (Question 166215) was in regard to the Solent and Dorset Coast potential SPA. In regard to the proposal to add lesser black backed gull to the Bowland Fells SPA, Natural England has also been reviewing the existing site management measures with the aim of providing a long-term sustainable management plan for the species. This includes the provision of supplementary advice to the sites’s objectives, which are anticipated to be published in spring 2019.</p> more like this
