answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 22/06/2023 answer text <p>Out of all claims to the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS) relating to COVID-19 vaccines, there have been 157 where causation on the balance of probabilities was accepted but disablement was assessed at less than 60% and the claim was therefore rejected.
