There are over 5,500 prison places in Wales including a 2,000 place prison, HMP Berwyn, which opened in 2017. Geographically HMP Berwyn is near to the Northwest of England and holds a significant number of prisoners sentenced by courts in that region as well as prisoners originating in Wales.</p><p> </p><p>UK nationals have a nationality of British. While holding an individual close to their home is an important consideration in the placement of prisoners, HMPPS does not identify or record prisoners as English or Welsh. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/01/2020 answer text <p>A section 106 agreement is a legal agreement between a local planning authority and a person with an interest in the land. Section 106 planning obligations are entered into to mitigate the impact of otherwise unacceptable development. As in the case of the section 106 agreement for Southend Airport, section 106 planning obligations can be modified or discharged with the agreement of parties to the section 106 agreement (the local planning authority and the current landowner). Where no agreement to modify or discharge a planning obligation can be reached, and the planning obligation is over five years old, the landowner can apply to the local planning authority to modify or discharge the obligation (under section 106A of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990). answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/10/2019 answer text <p>Automatic enrolment has achieved a quiet revolution through getting employees into the habit of pension saving, and reversing the decline in workplace pension participation in the decade prior to these reforms. Since automatic enrolment started in 2012 participation rates have been transformed with 87% of eligible employees saving into a workplace pension in 2018, up from 55% in 2012.</p><p> </p><p>The Department does not hold data for individual constituencies in relation to opt outs or the number of individuals who have saved above the automatic enrolment minimum contribution level. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/06/2015 answer text <p>In developing a framework for licensing local television, Ofcom assessed the technical feasibility of transmitting local television services at a number of locations in Wales. Illustrative technical plans were produced for six suitable locations: Cardiff, Swansea, Bangor, Mold, Carmarthen and Haverfordwest. The choice of locations was governed by the position of television transmitter masts and the availability of spectrum at each location. Given these constraints, it is not possible to provide local TV services via terrestrial TV everywhere in Wales – the same situation exists in England Scotland and Northern Ireland.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Ofcom advertised licences for local television services in four locations: Cardiff, Swansea, Bangor and Mold. Ofcom received no expressions of interest from any parties wishing to launch a service in either Haverfordwest or Carmarthen. Licences have been awarded for Cardiff, Swansea and Mold and statements of these licence awards are published on Ofcom’s website.
