All staff that join do so on assignment, loan or secondment from other Government bodies, principally the Ministry of Justice and the Scottish Government , who remain the employers.</p><p> </p><p>Staff working in the Scotland Office have the opportunity to make use of Childcare Vouchers under the terms of their employing department’s scheme rules.
