answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 19/12/2023 answer text <p>The Government does not plan to publish the full Mott MacDonald report on reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete (RAAC) dated April 2022 on GOV.UK. A redacted copy of the report is attached to this answer. These redactions have been approved by the Information Commissioner, with personal data and commercially sensitive information having been redacted. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/05/2022 answer text <p>The <a href="https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2015/1648/pdfs/uksiod_20151648_en_001.pdf" target="_blank">Post Implementation Review of the Competition Appeal Tribunal Rules 2015</a> was published in April 2022. The move builds on the success of the joint Department for Business, Innovation &amp; Skills and Department for Culture Media and Sport unit which has been operating for almost a year. The unit will continue to work closely with the Department for Business and across Whitehall.
