answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 06/11/2014 answer text <p>On 4 September 2014 at the NATO Wales Summit NATO allies and ISAF partners renewed their financial commitments to support the sustainment of the ANSF, including to the end of 2017. At the Wales summit the UK confirmed in principle an annual financial contribution of £70 million to help train the ANSF until at least 2017. This is part of an overall commitment from the international community of around $5 billion per year for the next three years. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>No Single Living Accommodation at Catterick is provided by a contractor.</p><p>The Ministry of Defence (MOD) has nearly 6,000 bedspaces at Catterick which the MOD owns.</p><p>Where Single Living Accommodation is not available, the MOD may rent accommodation from the local private market, known as Substitute Service Single Accommodation. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/10/2014 answer text <p>Information on mean and median waiting times for the Improving Access to Psychological Therapy (IAPT) programme by clinical commissioning group in 2013-14 is attached.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The IAPT dataset did not exist before April 2012 and reliable data became available from April 2013 onwards.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p><em>Achieving Better Access to Mental Health Services by 2020</em> sets out action the Government is taking to provide better access to mental health services within the next year, including a national waiting time for talking therapies.
