We have long encouraged Turkey to work towards the full protection of fundamental rights, particularly in the area of freedom of expression and assembly, which is essential to the long-term health of Turkish democracy. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/07/2020 answer text <p>The Government appreciates that the Covid-19 pandemic presents a significant challenge to many of DCMS’ sectors including the live commercial music sector, which is why we announced unprecedented support for business and workers to protect them against the current economic emergency.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>The Government’s response has been one of the most generous and comprehensive in the world, including the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, the Self-Employed Income Support Scheme and the Bounceback Loan Scheme and business rates reliefs. The Government has adapted the welfare system so that the self-employed can access Universal Credit in full, to help people get quicker and more generous support when they need it most.</p><p><strong><br></strong>In addition, on Sunday 5 July 2020, the Secretary of State announced a major £1.57 billion support package for key cultural organisations to help them through the coronavirus pandemic. This funding will provide targeted support to organisations across a range of cultural and creative sectors, including the live music sector. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 03/04/2018 answer text <p>The Government consulted on the effectiveness of the code in assuring acceptable management practices and standards as part of our consultation on extending mandatory licensing of HMOs. We acknowledged as part of our response, that a significant number of consultees were satisfied with the code as being a means of ensuring acceptable management practices and standards in student accommodation. However, membership of a code alone does not guarantee that the student accommodation meets local standards set by a local authority and therefore should not necessarily provide an exemption from HMO licensing.</p><p>Educational establishments have a duty of care defined by statutory obligations, for example through the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, that they must fulfil, both in the provision of education and accommodation to its students. They are also subject to regulation by an independent regulator, the Office for Students. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/03/2016 answer text <p>The Home Office does not hold this information.</p><p>The Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) are statutorily required to recruit a Chief of Staff (Chief Executive) and a Chief Financial Officer.
