answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 09/01/2024 answer text <p>HMRC enforces the National Minimum Wage (NMW) and National Living Wage (NLW) in line with the law and policy set out by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT).</p><p>The Government is determined that everyone who is entitled to the NMW receives it.</p><p>HMRC’s NMW compliance work is funded by DBT. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/09/2017 answer text <p>The Mystery Shopper Service aims to complete investigations into Central Government procurements within two months, and those into wider public sector procurements within three months. However, the service is dependent on both suppliers and contracting authorities responding in a timely manner, and investigations sometimes require extended communications to determine the facts.
