answer text <p>The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) provides funding to the British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT) Administration, for the good governance of the Territory, which includes the maintenance of British assets, and the management and enforcement of the Marine Protected Area.
