answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/07/2023 answer text <p>Prepayment meters (PPMs) play an important role in the energy market by helping some households manage their budgets, avoid debt and court action.</p><p> </p><p>Ofgem have rules in place to protect customers at risk of self-disconnection and self-rationing. Ofgem requires energy suppliers to proactively identify self-disconnecting and vulnerable customers and offer them emergency and friendly-hours credit and additional support. Ofgem’s Ability to Pay principles also require consistent support for customers struggling to pay their bills. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/11/2018 answer text <p>In addition to all the clinical commissioning group commissioned mental health services, many of which have pathways and services relevant to armed forces, NHS England commissions two bespoke services for veterans experiencing mental health difficulties.</p><p>The first is the Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service which supports serving personnel who need additional support as they are leaving the armed forces and veterans who have mental health issues. The Transition, Intervention and Liaison Service is also the entry point to the Complex Treatment Service, the second service commissioned by NHS England.
