answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 14/06/2023 answer text <p>The Department has commissioned several feasibility studies through its mini-Holland pilot programme. The studies considered a broad range of approaches to improve safety and accessibility of local high streets and surrounding areas to enable higher levels of walking, wheeling and cycling, including area-wide traffic management approaches such as low traffic neighbourhoods. Three mini-Hollands schemes were funded as part of Active Travel Fund 4 following assessment of study material.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p>Responsibility for traffic management on local roads rests with the relevant local authority as they are best placed to consider how local needs can be effectively met. It is entirely a matter for individual authorities to decide on the nature and scope of policies. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/11/2018 answer text <p>The Department commissioned a study by the Policy Research Unit in Economic Evaluation of Health and Care Interventions on the prevalence and economic burden on medication errors in the National Health Service in England. Prevalence and Economic Burden of Medication Errors in the NHS in England was published in February 2018.</p><p> </p><p>This study estimated a range of costs to the NHS depending on which costs are included in the analysis. The range is from a baseline of £98.5 million per annum.
