<p>The right to rent scheme has been developed to ensure that those with lawful immigration
status, such as refugees, can demonstrate it easily. Refugees are issued with a Biometric
Residence Permit which provides confirmation of their status. However, there is a
broad range of documents that potential tenants can use to demonstrate their right
