However, it is not restricted in articles such as MDF panels. These plans provide a long term, sustainable policy framework for local authorities, to manage the risk of coastal change over the next 100 years.</p><p> </p><p>Government is working closely with coastal authorities on a review of shoreline management plans to ensure they are up to date and using the best evidence. Existing operational capacity is sufficient to treat around 36% of municipal residual waste at current levels. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/03/2019 answer text <p>Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service conduct regular audits of prisons which include examining whether staff employed on adjudication duties are properly trained and competent to carry out these procedures. It also reviews whether or not governors are reviewing the conduct of adjudications to ensure that they are fair, lawful and just, that punishments are normally within locally published guidelines and proportionate, and that no prisoner is charged or punished for any other reason than their disciplinary behaviour.</p><p> </p><p>Any deficiencies feature in the audit report and contribute to the overall audit rating for the establishment. This reported that 64% of adults aged 16+ were either overweight (37%) or obese (27%). The full findings of the report are available on the Department of Health’s website.</p><p> </p><p>The Department’s current obesity prevention framework ‘<em>A Fitter Future for All 2012-2022’</em> recognises the need to improve food and nutrition and encourage physical activity among the population to reduce the prevalence of obesity. This framework is also available on the Department’s website.</p><p> </p><p>Northern Ireland does not use Clinical Commissioning Groups, and a tier three and tier four management service is not currently commissioned in NI.
