The Clean Growth Strategy set our aspiration to raise the energy efficiency of all homes to EPC Band C by 2035 where practical, cost-effective and affordable. These ratings make a real difference to people's lives. A dwelling with an EPC of Band A/B will have an average dual fuel cost of £396 per year. For a Band G dwelling this is £2,988, a difference of 650%.<\/p>
<\/p>
Since June, we have provided £1.5bn to support low income households across the country improve their energy efficiency, including in the North West, while also expanding the Energy Company Obligation to £1bn per year. Together, this is estimated to support over 25,000 jobs and save households an average of £350-450 per year on their energy bills.<\/p>
<\/p>
<\/p>
The upcoming Heat and Buildings Strategy will set out further detail on the Government\u2019s plans to maximise the potential economic benefits of improving energy efficiency.<\/p>

The Government welcomes work to raise awareness of heavy menstrual bleeding. Tackling stigma and taboos is an important part of improving women\u2019s health and specific aspects such as heavy menstrual bleeding.<\/p>
<\/p>
It is of course critical that both patients and clinicians have access to appropriate information. NHS England advises that any woman who is experiencing pain, or discomfort due to heavy menstrual bleeding should seek advice from a general practitioner (GP) as a first course of action. Advice for this is available on nhs.uk, where you can undertake a quick \u2018Heavy period self-assessment\u2019, which can advise on simple steps that may help, as well as speaking to a GP.<\/p>
<\/p>
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has produced a guideline on assessment and treatment of heavy menstrual bleeding, which was published in March 2018.<\/p>"}

The new National Network for Her Majesty\u2019s Coastguard became fully operational in December 2015.<\/p>

Coastguard centres within this network do not have fixed geographic boundaries; the network enables workload and incidents to be managed on a national rather than centre-by-centre basis. Workload is moved around the network to balance local demand against a national workforce.<\/p>
