In 2010/2011, Natural England (NE) worked with Ramsgate Harbour on environmental assessment and monitoring of their water injection dredging activities, including a Habitats Regulations Assessment of the activity undertaken at that time. After noting reports that dredging was taking place in order to prepare the port for expansion via water injection, NE have contacted the port directly to clarify what dredging is being undertaken, including volumes and locations. NE have also been in touch with the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) to clarify under which powers the port are undertaking this activity and whether an MMO licence would be required.

Many schools provide support to pupils with mental health issues, but teachers are not mental health professionals and need specialist support.

The Department is making available an additional £1.4 billion between 2015 and 2020 to improve mental health services for children and young people. The NHS Long Term Plan sets out a continued focus on improving specialist services to build on this. It makes a commitment that expenditure on children and young people’s mental health services will grow faster than overall NHS spending and sets out plans to increase access to treatment.

This provision will include new Mental Health Support Teams working in or near schools and colleges to provide earlier access to a wider range of support and treatments. The first of these teams will be set up this year in 25 trailblazer areas that will test how they can work in practice. The aim is to cover a fifth to a quarter of England by 2023.

To support schools to engage with specialist support, the Government will fund the training of a designated senior lead in every school on how to put in place a whole school approach to mental health and wellbeing.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/111", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Nick Gibb"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Bognor Regis and Littlehampton"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Nick Gibb"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2019-01-15", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "previousAnswerVersion" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1038448/answer/previousversion/95257", "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/111", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Nick Gibb"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Bognor Regis and Littlehampton"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Nick Gibb"} } , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2019-01-15T12:22:09.33Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "60"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Education"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Education"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2019-01-09", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Pupils: Mental Health"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Secretary of State for Education, what steps his Department is taking to support pupils who experience mental health problems at school.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/1579", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Mary Creagh"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Wakefield"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Mary Creagh"} ], "uin" : "206794"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1029420", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1029420/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "

The Companies Act 2006 requires companies to include a description of their principal risks, and how they are managed, within their strategic reports. Such risks may include those related to climate change.

The Government has endorsed the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD).
