On 28 June the Government published its offer for EU citizens in the UK and UK nationals in the EU on their rights and status after the UK leaves the EU.<\/p>

The immigration system that will operate after the UK leaves the EU will be agreed by the process of negotiation that is now underway between the UK and our partners in the EU.
