Public Health England’s evidence review on the public health burden of alcohol found that alcohol health warning labels on alcoholic products can raise awareness of the messages they contain and inclusion of nutritional information, guidelines and health warnings may increase the effectiveness of the effects a label has on a person’s drinking. The review was published in December 2016 and is available online at the following link:

It is the responsibility of clinical commissioning groups to commission NHS Continuing Healthcare packages of care appropriate to the needs of individuals, and for assessing the impact of their funding decisions. A national impact assessment has therefore not been carried out by the Department or NHS England.

Eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare is based on needs and is not specific to any particular condition or diagnosis. The Housing and Planning Act 2016 includes changes to the rules on succession that deliver a consistent approach across all local authority tenancies, and ensure that common law partners are put on an equal footing with married couples and civil partners. Local authorities will be able to grant additional succession rights, and where they do so the tenant will receive a five year fixed term tenancy. I believe that these changes strike the right balance between protection for tenants and their families, and flexibility for local authority landlords.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4007", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Dominic Raab"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Esher and Walton"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Dominic Raab"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2018-06-06", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2018-06-06T15:18:38.96Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "7"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Housing, Communities and Local Government"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Housing, Communities and Local Government"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2018-06-01", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Social Rented Housing: Tenants' Rights"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what steps he has taken to establish consistency and clarity on the succession rights of remaining social housing tenants after the death of the secure tenant.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4138", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Rushanara Ali"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Bethnal Green and Bow"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Rushanara Ali"} ], "uin" : "148785"} ], "itemsPerPage" : 10, "next" : "https://eldaddp.azurewebsites.net/answeredquestions.text?_page=1&min-questionFirstAnswered.=2018-02-21T16%3A42%3A00.79Z&max-ddpModified.=2018-06-04T13%3A19%3A04.562Z&max-dateTabled=2018-06-26&writtenParliamentaryQuestionType=NamedDay", "page" : 0, "startIndex" : 1, "totalResults" : 6285, "type" : ["http://purl.org/linked-data/api/vocab#ListEndpoint", "http://purl.org/linked-data/api/vocab#Page"]} }
