In that time the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority received 9 applications for hardship funds. Two of these were withdrawn by the applicant and one was redirected to be considered under the Criminal Injuries Compensation Scheme, which was more appropriate to the facts in that case.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>All six of the remaining applications were successful.<\/p><p> <\/p>"}
