Part of this duty was to review new technology and research.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The speed trial was one of these pieces of research undertaken by experts from Connected Places Catapult, supported by consultation and joint working with leading experts in emission measurements and modelling at TNO in the Netherlands between May 2017 and January 2019, and TU Graz in Austria.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>Findings of National Highways\u2019 research have been presented to the Dispersion Modellers User Group (DMUG) and ITS(UK) Smart Environment Interest Group and is published on National Highways\u2019 website.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The speed trial implemented in 2021 was a way to understand if this research would work in real world conditions. The complex analysis of all the data collected on the M1 trial is currently being analysed and a report on the conclusions of the M1 speed trial will be published shortly.<\/p><p> <\/p>"}

Complex issues may take longer to resolve<\/p><p><br> The correspondence referenced was received from the MP on 19 July 2023. On 25 July, the complaint resolution manager contacted the customer to discuss their complaint. During the call, the customer asked CMG to audit her child maintenance account to confirm the arrears owed to her are correct. On 25 July, CMG wrote to the MP\u2019s office confirming they would be unable to provide a full response within 15 days as actions were being progressed. On 2 August, CMG started to audit the customer\u2019s account. This is a complex piece of work, and it can take several weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the case. The MP contacted CMG on 31 August, 19 September and 16 October asking for a full response to be provided. On each occasion, CMG contacted the MP\u2019s office by email, explaining their investigations were ongoing and a full response would be provided once their investigations were concluded.
