These reforms will bring our stations in tune with what customers expect from other, modern and responsive services, including supermarkets and banks, where customer assistants help with information, support and making digital transactions on the shop floor.<\/p>

Together with industry we want to improve and modernise the passenger experience and moving staff out from behind the glass of ticket offices and into more visible and accessible roles around stations is a central part of this.<\/p>

The Foreign Secretary has set out to State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi his expectations that the Commission of Inquiry must be independent, credible and result in a judicial process. As the Commission of Inquiry proceeds through its mandated period of operation of one year, we will be assessing whether it is meeting these expectations in consultation with international partners. The Major Projects Authority (MPA) has been applying MPA assurance processes to the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme (ESMCP) including a Project Assessment Review and Gateway Reviews. Further information on the ESMCP Programme is available at the link below:<\/p>

Delivery Confidence Assessment ratings are supplied according to the MPA's Transparency Policy which is on the Cabinet Office website. The policy allows for non-disclosure of information which should properly remain confidential, for example where it is market sensitive or necessary to safeguard national security.<\/p>

The DCA for ESMCP was not revealed in MPA's first annual report last year in line with the above policy. The next annual report of the MPA is due to be published in May.<\/p>
