Students coming to the UK from specified British Overseas Territories will be eligible for home fee status in England if they have settled status on the first day of the first academic year of the course. Responsibility for assessing the potential effect of the closure of the BBC Red Button service on people\u2019s access to information on sport is for the BBC, which is editorially and operationally independent of the Government.
