Provisions to remove the requirements to surrender a driving licence from fixed penalty, conditional offer and court processes for road traffic offences are included in the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 (PCSCA).<\/p>
The Act received Royal Assent on 28 April 2022 and the relevant provisions will commence via regulations later this year. The police, court services and Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency are making the necessary changes to systems and processes to accommodate the change in the law.<\/p>

We estimate that so far 14,940 unemployed Universal Credit claimants in the East Anglia Jobcentre Plus District have moved into work during the Way to Work Campaign between 31 January and 19 June 2022.<\/p>

The Office for Health Improvement and Disparities co-ordinates annual dental surveys to assess the local oral health needs of specific population cohorts. The Food Standards Agency (FSA) does not generally have a role in authorising conventionally bred crops, unless these have been processed into food or feed and are defined within a \u2018regulated products\u2019 category. Where a crop has been grown overseas but has not previously been eaten to a significant degree in the United Kingdom or the European Union, it may need authorisation as a \u2018novel food\u2019 before it can be sold in this country.
