No assessment has been made. NHS England collects data on cancer waiting times and these data are published on their website. The data comprises of organisational performance against operational standards that support waiting time commitments laid out in the NHS Constitution. These include the standard that 96% of patients should begin first definitive treatment for all cancers within a maximum of 31 days from diagnosis.

In April 2016 97.4% of patients waited 31 days from diagnosis to first definitive treatment for all cancers and 94.9% for urological cancers.

The data is collected at tumour group level and it is not possible to identify metastatic kidney cancer.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/127", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Lord Prior of Brampton"} } , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Lord Prior of Brampton"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2016-06-27", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2016-06-27T15:16:30.07Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "17"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Health"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Health"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2016-06-14", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Absent Voting: Northern Ireland"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "2"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25277", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Lords"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask Her Majesty’s Government what assessment they have made of the average time from diagnosis to treatment for patients with metastatic kidney cancer in England.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/2729", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Baroness Cumberlege"} } , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Baroness Cumberlege"} ], "uin" : "HL673"} ], "itemsPerPage" : 10, "next" : "https://eldaddp.azurewebsites.net/answeredquestions.text?_page=1&hansardHeading=Absent+Voting%3A+Northern+Ireland", "page" : 0, "startIndex" : 1, "totalResults" : 15, "type" : ["http://purl.org/linked-data/api/vocab#ListEndpoint", "http://purl.org/linked-data/api/vocab#Page"]} }
