The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) continues to liaise with the local authority and regional schools commissioner team to monitor improvements in key stage 4 provision in the borough and identify local need. The ESFA also meets regularly with SK College Group to discuss the college\u2019s offer of A level provision at their Knowsley campus. For 2018/19 academic year the college made 68 offers to study academic A levels at its Knowsley campus. Twelve learners progressed to enrol and attend at the college. However, due to low numbers it was financially unviable to deliver at the Knowsley Campus, so the learners access A Level provision on the St Helens Campus via bespoke transport.<\/p>
For 2019 the college has committed to continue to promote the development of A level provision at the Knowsley campus and this is being marketed in their prospectus for 2019/20. They now have in place specific branding alongside targeted promotional activities including: a 2019 school leaver prospectus distributed to all local schools, supermarkets, convenience shops, community centres, and libraries; an A level advert in the college adult course guide in December which is distributed to 65,000 local homes across Knowsley and surrounding Liverpool areas; digital ad vans promoting the A level offer prior to college open evenings; and planned and targeted social media campaigns, local press promotions and railing banners. The Government is committed to reducing public health harms caused by smoking and has consistently highlighted that quitting smoking and nicotine use is the best way to improve health. E-cigarettes are not risk free. However, the evidence is increasingly clear that vaping is significantly less harmful to health than smoking tobacco and can be particularly useful in supporting smokers to quit, especially when combined with stop smoking services.<\/p>
<\/p>
The most recent evidence report review from Public Health England, published on 6 February 2018, argues that e-cigarette use, alone or in combination with licensed medication and behavioural support from a stop smoking service appears to be helpful in the short-term, and that e-cigarettes have contributed to tens of thousands of additional quitters in England.<\/p>

Nicotine shots are regulated under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulation 2016 as they are a nicotine containing product. As shortfills do not contain nicotine when sold they are not regulated under the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016 (TRPR), but are covered by General Product Safety Regulations.<\/p>

The decision by a patient to disclose female genital mutilation (FGM) to a healthcare professional is complex, and depends on many considerations. The FGM Mandatory Reporting duty (which applies only when the patient is under 18) is just one aspect of this.<\/p>

The Home Office amended the police Annual Data Requirement (ADR) to allow police forces the opportunity from April 2018 to record, on a voluntary basis, offences of FGM which were initially reported to the police under the FGM Mandatory Reporting Duty. Subject to data quality checks, we expect the first dataset under this new voluntary ADR collection to be published in late 2019.<\/p>

The Female Genital Mutilation Enhanced Dataset is collected via the NHS Digital Clinical Audit Platform (CAP), which is an easy to use, intuitive, data submission tool that needs no specific training.<\/p>

NHS Digital has published clear guidance online to support National Health Service organisations to register to access CAP and to submit information on the system.
