The model estimates the average tailpipe emissions of air pollutants, the greenhouse gas emissions and the energy consumption of a range of fuel, powertrain and Euro class options, which includes Euro 6 diesel and petrol engines for cars, vans, buses and heavy goods vehicles (HGVs).

The government has outlined our aspiration to negotiate an agreement with the European Union on our future economic partnership that will include a UK-EU free trade area for goods, and a comprehensive package for services. The Cyber Essentials scheme is largely self sustaining. The small cost to Government is mostly made up from proportions of time from members of staff within the National Cyber Security Centre and the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport. This includes governance, technical oversight, policy development and contract management.

The original start-up costs included an injection of investment from the Government's National Cyber Security Programme in 2014 of £766,000, but this does not include the staffing costs from the three departments which originally developed the scheme: GCHQ, the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, and the Cabinet Office.

The financial model for delivery of the Cyber Essentials scheme involves Government overseeing the governance, technical oversight, policy development and contract management of five industry Accreditation Bodies. The Accreditation Bodies are responsible for marketing the scheme along with their Certification Bodies and providing the certificates to those wishing to achieve certification. The Accreditation Bodies and Certification Bodies charge a fee for the issuing of certificates and any related services provided.
"} , "answeringMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4115", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Margot James"} } , "answeringMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Stourbridge"} , "answeringMemberPrinted" : {"_value" : "Margot James"} , "dateOfAnswer" : {"_value" : "2018-11-14", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "isMinisterialCorrection" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "questionFirstAnswered" : [{"_value" : "2018-11-14T17:57:44.327Z", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} ]} , "answeringDeptId" : {"_value" : "10"} , "answeringDeptShortName" : {"_value" : "Digital, Culture, Media and Sport"} , "answeringDeptSortName" : {"_value" : "Digital, Culture, Media and Sport"} , "date" : {"_value" : "2018-11-09", "_datatype" : "dateTime"} , "hansardHeading" : {"_value" : "Government Departments: Cybersecurity"} , "houseId" : {"_value" : "1"} , "legislature" : [{"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/terms/25259", "prefLabel" : {"_value" : "House of Commons"} } ], "questionText" : "To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what the total cost of the Cyber Essentials scheme has been to date.", "registeredInterest" : {"_value" : "false", "_datatype" : "boolean"} , "tablingMember" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/members/4673", "label" : {"_value" : "Biography information for Jo Platt"} } , "tablingMemberConstituency" : {"_value" : "Leigh"} , "tablingMemberPrinted" : [{"_value" : "Jo Platt"} ], "uin" : "189801"} , {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1003699", "AnsweringBody" : [{"_value" : "House of Commons Commission"} ], "answer" : {"_about" : "http://data.parliament.uk/resources/1003699/answer", "answerText" : {"_value" : "

This is why in ‘Improving Lives, the Future of Work, Health and Disability’2 this Government committed itself to ensuring that individuals suffering from MSK disorders get higher-quality, more joined up support - in the workplace and across the health and welfare systems.

The Government’s own strategy, includes research to build our understanding of existing MSK provision and piloting new models of service provision. The intention is to build our understanding of ‘what works’ to improve employment outcomes for individuals with MSK disorders, in order to inform future action.

The Government expects National Health Service leaders, clinicians and experts to develop the long-term plan to ensure that the NHS can cope with the serious demand and cost pressures it faces in the future. The plan should be published later this year.
