In the case of asylum seekers, the Home Office considers whether it would be a breach of our international obligations to require a national of, or a person entitled to reside in, one of those countries to return there.<\/p><p>We would only seek to return someone if the Home Office and the courts had considered the individual facts of a case and concluded that it would not be a breach of those obligations.<\/p>"}
