Last year, I commissioned Her Majesty\u2019s Inspectorate of Constabulary to carry out a review of vulnerable people in custody. Last week\u2019s report was concerning, particularly regarding the use of Taser and restraint.<\/p>

I am also suspending the publication of Taser data after work to review it revealed serious concerns about its accuracy. Potholes are a menace to all road users and this Government is taking action. We announced in December 2014 how we are allocating just under £6 billion for councils in England to tackle potholes and improve local road conditions over the next six years. Individual funding requests for cancer medicines are dealt with through the individual Cancer Drugs Fund request process.<\/p>

NHS England has operational responsibility for the Cancer Drugs Fund (CDF) and has advised that it follows a standard operating procedure when responding to individual requests to fund cancer treatments. This requires a response to the request within 10 working days following receipt of a complete submission from the clinician.<\/p>
