Homeless patients are entitled to register with GP at Hand, in the same way as with any other general practitioner (GP) practice, using a temporary address, which may be a friend\u2019s address or a day centre. The practice may also use the practice address to register homeless patients if they wish.<\/p>

GP at Hand offer traditional general medical services to patients registered with them. The enhanced model they are implementing now focuses on a digital first service through the use of a mobile app which is provided by Babylon Health. Under the terms of their contracts, general practitioner (GP) practices must have reasonable grounds to remove a patient from their practice list which do not relate to the patient\u2019s race, gender, social class, age, religion, sexual orientation, appearance, disability or medical condition.<\/p>
