It is for local authorities to develop local proposals likely to achieve the air quality limits within the shortest possible time, taking into consideration the effects and impacts on local residents and businesses.<\/p><p> <\/p><p>The Government\u2019s consultation closed on 15 June and responses to the consultation are currently being considered. The final Plan will be published by 31 July.<\/p>"}
