It works as an integral part of No10, acting as the guardian of the centre's delivery priorities and the associated tools and techniques for effective delivery. As such, it supports capacity building in government departments and takes a leading role in the delivery of the Government's agenda.<\/p> <\/p> The Prime Minister also holds ministers to account via Cabinet meetings and Cabinet Committees.
