We are also encouraging initiatives in other public sector workforces, including policing and different parts of the education sector.<\/p><p>To support all employers, we have published <a href=\"https://gender-pay-gap.service.gov.uk/actions-to-close-the-gap\" target=\"_blank\">evidence-based guidance<\/a> on practical actions they can take to create more inclusive workplaces.<\/p>"}
