The Action Plan builds upon the proposals set out in the Green Paper and commits the government to deliver over 70 policy actions by the end of this Parliament to create socially and economically stronger, more confident and integrated communities. <br> <br> These actions are targeted to support people in the most segregated communities regardless of their faith or ethnic background so they can progress and make the most of the opportunities of living in modern Britain.<\/p>"}
