The Energy Bills Support Scheme (EBSS) is delivering a £400 non-repayable government discount. Electricity suppliers are delivering this support to British households with a domestic electricity meter over six months from October 2022. The new polar research vessel was named Royal Research Ship Sir David Attenborough<\/em> in 2019 and came into service in 2021. Annual operating costs are in the region of £20 million.
