Local fire and rescue authorities are the enforcing authority for the majority of premises to which the Order applies and are required to have a risk based inspection programme and management strategy in place to ensure compliance in their area.<\/p><p>Article 25 of the Order sets out the instances where bodies other than fire and rescue authorities are the enforcing authority.<\/p>"}
