The Department does not collect data on the number of holiday properties that are registered for, or receive, small business rate relief. Decisions on whether a property qualifies for small business rate relief rest with local councils.<\/p>
The Valuation Office Agency ratings list data shows that there are 41,000 properties classed as self-catering holiday homes with a rateable value of up to £15,000, which is the upper limit for small business rate relief. There are no plans to change the current policy on who can apply for a child\u2019s passport. Her Majesty\u2019s Passport Office already has in place provisions for someone to inform them of concerns regarding safeguarding and abduction.<\/p>

The Department of International Trade worked alongside colleagues from across the UK and its devolved administrations to identify companies to join the Prime Minister\u2019s business delegation. This process included wide consultation with our counterpart, Scottish Development International.<\/p>

Each of the nine English regions and the three devolved administrations were represented in the 50-strong delegation, including two Scottish based small and medium-sized enterprises \u2013 the Scotch Whisky Association and NPL Group. One large Scottish company, Standard Life Aberdeen, was also represented on the delegation.<\/p>

The updated National Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare and National Health Service-funded Nursing Care was published on 1 March 2018, and will be implemented on 1 October 2018. The current National Framework, published in November 2012, will continue to be in place until that time.<\/p>

This revised 2018 National Framework follows an extensive period of external engagement with stakeholders, across the NHS, local authorities, and patient representative groups. The 2018 National Framework has been collaboratively written by the Department, NHS England and local authorities.<\/p>

The update incorporates a new structure that is intended to provide clarity, reflect legislative changes such as the Care Act 2014, and includes minor clarifications on policy areas. For children and young people with a suspected eating disorder (up to 19 years), the Government is investing £150 million to expand eating disorder services and staff for 70 extended or new established community eating disorder services. This means at least 3,350 children and young people a year will receive swift, effective eating disorder treatment in the community.<\/p>
The Government has commissioned Health Education England to repeat the 2015 baseline audit of the children and young people\u2019s mental health workforce, across all statutory and voluntary sector providers. This will include staff delivering care in the new or extended community eating disorder services. This data will allow NHS England to monitor progress with increasing the staffing of eating disorders services to improve access and deliver care in line with the published pathway guidance and National Institute for Health and Care Excellence clinical guidance.<\/p>
The planned spend by clinical commissioning groups on children and young people\u2019s eating disorders in 2017/18 is £46,717,000 which includes the £30 million per year in clinical commissioning group baselines. This additional funding contributes to increasing staff to create the community eating disorder multidisciplinary teams. Further information is available at:<\/p>
