Some of this funding will be used to provide expertise and oversight of the island\u2019s reconstruction programme so that funds are used in the most effective way. All UK funded reconstruction will support the key principle of building back better, so that Caribbean countries and territories are better able to withstand future hurricanes and natural disasters.<\/p>"}
